Aquatics
Welcome to the BAAC Aquatics facility. There is much to choose from to fill your aquatic needs. Swim laps in one of our two 25 yard heated pools, relax in the whirlpool, enjoy our instructional pool or bring in the kids to try out the wading pool and brand new splash pad. The BAAC Aquatics facility offers Aqua aerobic classes, private and group lessons for all ages, arthritis classes and if your up to the challenge consider joining the BAAC swim team.

Children's Programs
The Bel Air Athletic Club offers children's programs like no other - and kids love it here.
The Club offers a variety of complimentary services to our members, such as:
-- A spacious and clean Nursery
-- A Weesports program (Parent child classes for 1 and 2 year olds)

-- BAACyard Clubhouse classes (3-11 year olds)

Club Run
All levels of runners can meet their needs at the Bel Air Athletic Club. For group buddy runs, training for specific events or to just learn how to add running into your fitness regime - join the BAAC ClubRun. We would love to have you at our next run. Join in! No matter what the weather may be like outside, members can always get a run in with our indoor track.

Fitness / Wellness Programs
Bel Air Athletic Club offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All members begin their membership with a complimentary initial consultation with one of our Fitness Consultants. This one-hour appointment includes a review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment to meet each member's specific needs. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the initial consultation.

Massage

Personal Training
Personal Training benefits both the individual who has never exercised as well as the professional athlete. Working with a Personal Trainer will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout. This one-on-one exercise session is provided by Certified, Professional Personal Trainers who are trained in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, body toning, body building, and pre- and post- natal fitness. Personal Trainers develop and coach you through an individualized program of safe and effective exercises, and provide instruction, motivation and education. Personal Training is available for an additional fee.
